About Me

I’ve loved to read ever since I learned how. At 4-5 years old I would beg my mom to tell me how a letter sounded or how to pronounce a word, doing this I taught myself how to read.

I fell love with children’s books such as the Junie B. Jones series, and Disney books.

When I was a little older I discovered the works of Louisa May Alcott, which opened the door for other classic author’s such as Dickens, Austen, and Tokien. Also the historical works of G. A. Henty and R. M. Ballantyne. I also found Lamplighter to be a good resource and I discovered Susan Warner, E.D.E.N. Southworth, and others.

During the year 2013 I read all of Charles Dicken’s completed Novels. It was an intense undertaking inspired by my best friend who started before me, but it was well worth it, and quite enjoyable.

Thank you for your thoughts they are greatly appreciated! Please keep in mind Ephesians 4:29: Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
